My exhibitions are full of enthusiastic visitors. I'm very happy about that, and some even tell me their impressions directly. But I don't intend to paint desolate traditio, nor am I painting the concept of death. Rather, I intend to paint the vibrant life of traditio and beautiful landscapes...well, people's interpretations are different, so I don't mind. If I could see a comet with my own eyes, I'd like to paint its light. Even if it's a comet that brings death, there's no sin in beauty.
